OK, I'm a convert!

The protocol below really helped.  It reduced the anxiety feeling that occurred during the first application and "toned" down the pain.  I'll keep the chip there for a couple days. I could feel the muscles in my toes relaxing.

I had three distinct pain issues yesterday.  My left shoulder (no cartilage in the joint) was so painful I couldn't reach forward, the right shoulder (no cartilage and metal plate in the shoulder) was in the same shape with no rotation and then the sciatic nerve on the right (hip replacement) was very painful.  I place two chips on the left shoulder at the joint and on the outside of the upper arm.  Within an hour, I had full rotation without pain.  So, I decided to try it on the right. I placed the chip on the sore spot on the upper arm which was very close to the edge of the plate. Same result within one hour.  Ditto on the sciatic-placed chip on the pain point.  The muscles in my leg also began to relax.
